April Deposit Refund - Total _____________________ $1027.92
Hello Ryan
I hope you settled into your new place okay and everything works out fine for you.
After you moved out I noticed that you entered the apartment again, even though you said you were done, there were a lot more floor issues after that, or maybe I just didn’t notice them before, so I took pictures. I was a bit confused because I extended your cleaning time until the 29th of the month, and I was sure wondering what was going on. Since you did not respond to the time extension, the apartment was professionally cleaned, and broken items taken care of.
The inventory was all complete, and all furniture in good condition. Thank you for cleaning what you did, you were almost done when you decided against finishing.
The toilet tank was fixed without buying all new replacement parts, I’m just sorry that you didn’t give us a chance to fix it when you first detected it. The blinds were also fixable for there were plenty spare blinds at the bottom of the broken one. Both items took each an hour to fix.
I also noticed that the bathroom, and the kitchen window got missed at the inside cleaning.
The kitchen sink was quite a job and a half, and so was the lower part of the oven/stove, also on pictures.
As I mentioned to you before, I did charge an extra hour for the rest cleaning of what you wanted to do on 3/20/2020.
Please understand that (especially in those times of COVID-19) deductions must be made, for the way you left the property, for it was not ready to be passed on to the next tenant in this condition.
The apartment was cleaned, and a new tenant moved into a sparkling clean
and freshly sanitized apartment just like you did.
I wish you all the best, peace and quiet in your new home.
Stay healthy during the weeks of that awful Corona pandemic.
Sincerely
Ursula Beck
